DWA specializes in the design and construction administration of creative, high quality, environmentally sensitive custom homes for “off island” owners. As a 25 year resident of the V. I., with more than 35 custom homes completed, Doug White understands what it takes to complete a successful project. For “off island” owners, Doug believes that the architects job does not stop after the design is complete and building permits are in hand. He assumes the additional role of facilitator, to bring together the contractor with a talented team of craftspeople, monitor construction progress and act as the owner’s representative to oversee the successful completion of your home.
DWA’s home office is in Vessup Bay Estates on the east end of St. Thomas, V. I., a short distance from the St. John Ferry Dock. DWA is currently planning a new home office on the east end of St. John in the beautiful Privateer Bay Estate.
